The costs are intended for 2 guests in Mezà and Portico, for 4 guests in Altana.
1 extra person: 20,00 euro/day
2 extra people: 30,00 euro/day
Prices can vary if the stay is less or more than a week, according to the number of guests and the seasonal period (the cost then will be agreed at the moment of booking).

The entrance, facing a meadow, leads to the living-room with a kitchenette and a dining-room. A double room with its bathroom is at the same ground level, while the second double room - two beds can be united or separate - is upstairs as the second bathroom and wardrobe.

The "Mezà" flat is in the ground-floor of the "Barchessa", oriented south-west.
All windows open on the garden, therefore this flat is very impressive and well enlighted by the sun.

The " Portico " flat is in the first floor of the "barchessa", exactly over the " Mezà " flat, therefore very well enlighted by the sun and with a delightful view on the garden and the pond.
Magnolia" bedroom is at the first floor of the villa and is a double bedroom with armchairs, television, books to consult, private bathroom with tub and shower and a big terrace with the view on the garden.
